Trainer
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field 2 or more years training experience.
- Previous financial institution experience required, with emphasis on front office positions.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required.
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational skills are a must.
- Experience with USER’s Datasafe a plus.
Loan Officers Qualifications: Three to four years lending experience with Approval Authority.
Experienced Member Services Representatives
Qualifications: Two to three years Sales and Service experience. Ability to cross-sell. Knowledge of credit union products, laws and regulations.
Full Time Floating Teller
Positions require accurate posting of members' financial transaction requests and answering transaction questions in an efficient and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Experience in working with people in a professional setting
- Ability to maintain quality of service while performing multiple tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Provide members with courteous, friendly service; exceeding their expectations every time while performing prompt transactions.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to work at any HEWFCU branch in the Washington, D.C. area.
